QicLinkTM Extended Enterprise (QicLink ) manages simple as well as complex plan designs and supports the administration of self-insured, PPO, HMO, Medicare and Supplemental Medicare, Medicaid, and multi-option point-of-service plans, as well as unique plan designs.
Plan set-up options enable administrators to customize co-pays, deductible and out-of-pocket amounts, and to set stop-loss maximums as well as co-insurance and benefit parameters. During adjudication, the system can also automatically assign appropriate benefit codes.
User-friendly data entry screens support multiple bill types, enabling clerks to quickly capture data. Screens include HCFA, UB-82, UB-92, Superbill, Medicare and ADA formats.
Claims transactions can be processed via standard online adjudication or automated batch adjudication. Online adjudication automatically selects benefits and payment calculation based on plan set-up, provider contacts and claimant coverage in effect when charges were incurred. Automated batch adjudication supports multiple input methods for claims/encounter data.
