About the MBA Leadership Program

TriZetto’s MBA Leadership Program aims to attract high-potential recent MBA graduates who are passionate about helping to drive meaningful change to the healthcare industry. The program is designed to attract and nurture the next generation of TriZetto leadership that will drive TriZetto's future success.

The structure of the MBA Leadership Program is as follows:

• 18-month leadership program designed for recent MBA graduates
• Participants are placed in highly visible key roles across TriZetto and report directly to senior executives
• Placements will be determined mutually based on participants’ professional interests and TriZetto’s business imperatives
• Participants will be expected to collaborate in and lead meaningful, high-impact projects in a matrixed environment
• Participants will accompany their executive mentor to a variety of meetings, activities, and events to gain a broad exposure to the company and to other senior executives
• Participants will take part in several group activities that are designed to advance their professional development, expand their network within TriZetto and within the industry, and further their industry expertise
• Upon completion of the MBA Leadership Program, participants will seamlessly transition into a full-time opportunity that will allow them to continue to excel towards their professional goals
