Scott Ray brings a wealth of service-provider experience and leadership accomplishment to TriZetto, where he drives the growth, direction, operation and P&L management of Hosting Services. Previously, Ray was vice president of global operations for SunGard Availability Services, where he led the successful launch of SunGard’s Enterprise Cloud Services offering and assembled and trained the multinational operational team supporting that initiative. At Inflow, Inc., a managed service data center provider acquired by SunGard in 2005, Ray served in increasing levels of responsibility in operations, sales, product engineering and product development. Prior to Inflow, he held a variety of leadership positions, including rocket production and program manager, at United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, a manufacturer of aerospace and rocket propulsion technology. Ray earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, with honors, from the University of Tennessee, and an M.B.A. in Operations Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
